ServiceNow Developer
- Taking part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities,
- Working directly with the client (customer mindset),
- Creating and updating documentation and procedures,
- Expanding ServiceNow knowledge through self-paced trainings,
- Collaborating with Senior Developers and Architects.
You will start your journey with ServiceNow performing simpler task to help experts deliver project. This will consist of smaller configuration and customization activities to help you get used to the platform and our way of working. After that you will move to more complicated/independent tasks and specific module specialization.
Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (B2 English),
- Strong desire to learn new technology,
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Ability to work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skills),
- Strong “Team Spirit” and willingness to integrate,
- Readiness for business travel (up to 50% travelling abroad).
Its not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
- Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow - end user/administrator perspective,
- Basic knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools.
