Senior Product Designer

What you will do:
  • Design and iterate on intuitive, visually stunning mobile interfaces for ARTA
  • Translate business and user insights into impactful design solutions
  • Partner with UX Researchers to prototype and test design hypotheses
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to bring designs to life
  • Contribute to and refine AIBY’s design systems and visual guidelines
  • Stay on top of emerging UI trends, tools, and best practices in consumer apps
  • Present and justify design decisions based on data, feedback, and user needs
What you should have:
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app design (preferably with a B2C focus)
  • Experience with Figma and proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop
  • A strong portfolio to demonstrate your understanding of modern approaches in consumer mobile app design, your knowledge of industry trends, and product thinking
  • Excellent sense of visual style
  • Strong communication skills, openness to feedback
  • Passion for continuous learning and design innovation
  • Knowledge of Russian - fluent enough for confident daily communication (both speaking and writing skills)
