Your responsibilities

Identify, research, and resolve 2nd & 3rd level Technical Support problems related to the Internet, Firewalls, LANs, WLANs, WANs and other Network components
Monitor network performance and quickly restore network resilience
Identify and implement service and operational improvements
Support business change activity
Create, submit knowledge articles
Support the Incident Management team to identify root cause and facilitate service recovery

If you have

Fluent spoken and written English
Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls including management via Panorama
Experience with Aruba Wireless controllers and infrastructure
Experience with HP routing platforms and dynamic routing protocols
Experience with Azure Cloud network services, including express route
Understanding ITIL disciplines or ITIL qualified
Experience with ITSM platform (Service Now preffered)
Nice to have experience with pharmacy and/or automation environments
