Job description
As (Junior) Operations & Project Manager Poland (m/f/d) you will have the main responsibility for our new and ongoing projects in Poland. Together with your team, you will ensure that the number of our active parking spaces is constantly increasing.

YOUR MISSION
- Project responsibility: You are solely responsible for your projects throughout the entire process
- Coordination: You manage internal and external resources to ensure the project’s progress and work closely together with various teams in the operations department and beyond
- Technical planning: You are responsible for the technical planning of our parking lots
- Tour planning: You create efficient tours for our teams, aligning internal and external resources
- Installation planning: You plan installations and maintenance show creativity in solving any problem occurring on site
- Continuous improvement: You question the status quo and ensure continuous process optimization
- Reporting: You report to the team lead and work closely with different Parkdepot teams
Requirements
- Your background: You have completed a degree in industrial engineering, (technical) business administration, or have a comparable qualification
- Your experience: You have ideally already gained some experience in the field of project management
- Think out of the box: You work independently and on your own responsibility and convince with your proactivity and solution-oriented thinking
- You are an outgoing person: You have a confident manner in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- You keep the overview: You have spatial thinking skills, a technical expertise and a "hands-on" mentality
- Your way of working: Analytical thinking, as well as structured and thorough work are among your strengths
- Language skills: You are a native speaker of Polish and fluent in English
- Mobility: You work in our office in Warsaw and are willing to travel regularly throughout Poland. For this you have a valid class B drivers license
