We are looking for
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
As a Junior Network Engineer, you will provide responsive, professional and competent technical support for a number of network appliances such as Switches, Routers and network management systems in local network infrastructure. You will be part of R&D facility located in Lodz.
Responsibilities
- Switch configuration
- Firewall rules verification
- Dynamic Access Policies configuration
- Firmware upgrades
- Monitoring network availability and log analysis
- Troubleshooting of various network issues
- Network documentation
- Collaborate with superior coordinators of network deployments
Other tasks:
- Incident, Service Request and Change Management activities – internal and external communication handled in English
- To follow established procedures, recommend improvements and resolve enquiries, issues or problems.
- To take ownership of issues identified. To co-operate with an account team to provide technical input into incident and problem resolution process
- To escalate issues as necessary to deliver required service level
Requirements
- Knowledge equivalent to the CCNA certification level
- Basic knowledge of enterprise networking: Routing & Switching, Firewalling, Wi-Fi systems, protocols
